Empire Dispatch

Equipment We Dispatch:
High-Paying Freight for Owner-Operators

Stop hauling cheap freight. Whether you pull a Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Box Truck, Empire Dispatch leverages live market data to book loads 10-15% above the national average.

Every trailer type has its own market dynamics, seasonal shifts, and hidden margins. We don’t just randomly click loads on a board. We analyze load-to-truck ratios for your specific equipment to ensure we are negotiating from a position of absolute strength.

Here are the trailer types we actively dispatch:

Dry Van

The dry van market is high-volume, but it is heavily saturated with cheap freight. If you don’t know how to negotiate, you will get stuck hauling $1.80/mile consumer goods.

The Empire Strategy

We utilize DAT Trendlines to identify urgent freight, high-value automotive parts, and dedicated regional lanes that pay a premium. We employ “Triangle Routing” to ensure your van never deadheads into a dead zone, keeping your weekly gross predictable and highly profitable.

Reefer

Reefer freight carries higher liability, requires constant fuel monitoring, and involves notoriously long wait times at grocery warehouses. You deserve to be compensated for it.

The Empire Strategy

We track national produce seasons and regional capacity shortages to put your truck exactly where the demand is highest. Furthermore, we aggressively negotiate detention pay on your behalf. If a broker keeps you sitting at a receiver for 6 hours eating up your HOS, we fight to get you paid for that lost time.

Flatbed

Heavy hauling requires heavy negotiation. Flatbed drivers deal with the elements, tarping, and strict securement laws.

The Empire Strategy

We specialize in moving construction materials, heavy machinery, and steel. When we negotiate your Rate Per Mile (RPM), we strictly factor in tarp pay, dimensional requirements, and weight limits to ensure the broker isn’t shortchanging you on the physical labor required to move open-deck freight.

Detach Gooseneck (RGN)

RGNs are specialized equipment. You shouldn’t be hauling standard flatbed freight for standard flatbed rates when your trailer is designed for oversized loads.

The Empire Strategy

We aggressively seek out specialized heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, and oversized loads that require the unique capabilities of an RGN. We negotiate premium rates that reflect your specialized capability and any required oversize permits.

26ft Box Truck

(Unlike our competitors, we actively support Box Trucks). Many dispatchers ignore box trucks because they don’t know how to find the freight.

The Empire Strategy

We bypass the cheap, saturated Amazon Relay boards. We focus on lucrative expedited freight, LTL consolidations, and dedicated local/regional runs that keep your box truck moving consistently without the wear and tear of cross-country OTR routes.

Why Partner With Empire Dispatch?

Competitors charge you 5% to 8% just to send you an email. We operate as your dedicated logistics back-office for less.

Transparent Pricing

Choose a flat 4% commission per load or a predictable $250/week flat fee per truck. No hidden fees.

Zero Paperwork

We handle 100% of the carrier setup packets, W9 submissions, and Rate Confirmations. You just drive.

Broker Credit Audits

We run strict credit and bond checks on every single broker. You will never haul a load for a company that takes 60 days to pay or is going bankrupt.

No Forced Dispatch

You are the boss. We bring the rate, the lane, and the weight to your phone. If it doesn’t make financial sense after our fee, say no. You have the final say.
