What we do

Your dispatch team for the loads behind the wheel.

Empire Dispatch was created to help carriers stay loaded, stay organized, and stay focused on profitable miles. We do more than search load boards. We analyze market conditions, compare outbound demand by state, evaluate deadhead, communicate with brokers, and help build route plans that support stronger weekly performance.

Full-service freight dispatch

We manage the operational work that usually pulls drivers and owners away from the road and away from revenue-producing decisions.

  • Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, and RGN dispatch
  • High-paying load sourcing and broker communication
  • Rate negotiation based on lane conditions and market demand
  • Carrier packet completion and new broker setup
  • Rate confirmation review and paperwork handling
  • Invoicing, detention requests, lumper coordination, and dispatch support

Built for owner-operators and small fleets

Most trucking companies operate with small fleets, which means they need strong dispatch support without the cost of building a full internal operations team.

  • Dedicated dispatcher assigned to your account
  • Lane planning based on your home time, preferences, and goals
  • Load choices built around profitability, not guesswork
  • Consistent updates before, during, and after booking
  • Nationwide support across interstate freight markets
  • Clear commission-based pricing with no hidden surprises

Why carriers choose us

We treat dispatch like a revenue function, not a call center task.

A strong dispatcher does more than book the next load. The real job is to plan the most appropriate load for the carrier based on rate, total mileage, deadhead, tolls, equipment limits, road conditions, and the next position of the truck.

01

We negotiate with purpose

We do not stop at the first rate. We push for stronger numbers and better terms, because brokers rarely lead with their best offer and smart negotiation directly affects carrier profit.

02

We account for real costs

Deadhead, tolls, time, weight, route difficulty, and next-load positioning all matter. A load can look strong on paper and still hurt the week if it puts the truck in a weak market.

03

You stay in control

Before dispatch begins, we learn the carrier’s goals, preferred regions, weight limits, and operating style. That way, the plan fits the truck and the driver instead of forcing them into bad freight.

Our goal is simple: help you move smarter, reduce stress, and create more consistent weekly revenue without sacrificing control of your truck or your business.
Getting started

A simple setup process with fast onboarding.

We keep onboarding straightforward so you can get matched with your dispatcher and begin booking loads without unnecessary delays. Once a load is verbally confirmed with a broker, speed matters, so we make sure your setup file is ready from the start.

1

Sign the agreement

We send a short service agreement that outlines the dispatch relationship, support scope, and commission structure.

2

Send your documents

Once we receive your paperwork, we organize your carrier packet so broker setups and load booking can move quickly.

3

Start hauling loads

You get introduced to your dedicated dispatcher, confirm your route preferences, and we begin planning and booking immediately.

Documents required to get set up

Before a dispatcher can complete broker packets and begin booking freight, the carrier should provide the core documents used in setup and contracting.

  • MC certificate with active DOT and MC authority
  • Certificate of Insurance showing required coverage
  • W-9 tax form
  • Notice of Assignment, if the carrier uses factoring
  • Driver contact details and dispatch communication info
  • Factoring details, if applicable

Who we work with

Empire Dispatch is focused on motor carriers hauling property freight with standard semi-truck equipment. The main equipment we dispatch includes Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, and RGN because these are the trailer types most commonly used by carriers working broker freight across the US market.

We primarily work with common carriers moving property, not household goods. For broker approval, many freight brokers prefer carriers with at least 6 months of active authority, so newer authorities may face more setup limitations. We do not position this service for box trucks, cargo vans, or household-goods moving operations, because those markets follow a different equipment profile and dispatch workflow.
